Social Media / Marketing / Public Relations Manager
This would be a pivotal role connecting the co-hosts and personalities of Iranican to the public and directing the expansion of its audience 
• Passionate and Interested in serving the community
• Excellent social IQ, interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in written Farsi and English
• Aware of 18-34 audience’s interests and language, especially those living in Iran
• Able to use social media effectively to reach the audience
• Able to keep messaging and public communications consistent with the character and vision of the organization

Sedaye Iranican Radio Production Intern
We’re looking for an intern to help us produce/edit our radio shows in a more efficient and professional manner. The intern will have the opportunity to observe how Sedaye Iranican is produced, and will help co-produce the radio show. 5-10 hrs/wk
• Passion for contribution and team player
• Fluent understanding of conversational Persian/Farsi
• Willingness to embrace new technology and learn (experience with video or audio editing and photoshop preferred)
• Aware of 18-34 audience’s interests  and weaving production in that direction
• Open attitude to suggestions and criticism from other team members
• Must be able to meet in San Jose, CA at least once a week for up to 4 hours

Co-host We are always looking for energetic, enthusiastic, entertaining, inspiring and “bepash” co-hosts!!
• Passionate and Interested in serving the community • Excellent Social IQ, Communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Farsi/Persian • Interest, curiosity, and acceptance of diverse people and with a sense of humor
• Confident, persistence and determination to overcome rejection
• Responsible for the production of at least one show segment (News, Topic, Interview, Music, or Comments)
• Able to take direction, suggestions and criticisms from lead-co-host, director and producer
• Must be able to meet in San Jose, CA at least once a week for up to 4 hours or plan 4+ days ahead with other team members

Sedaye Iranican Producer
We are open to accepting individuals who believe they have the passion, skills, and commitment necessary to become a producer on the weekly radio talk show ~10hrs/wk
• Team player and a strong sense of commitment, integrity, and contribution
• Excellent written and oral communication skill in both Persian/Farsi and English
• Able to manage excellent relationships with the co-hosts, high profile artists, other team members as well as the audience.
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to cope under pressure
• Understand and create interesting programming ideas for the 18-34 audience
• Interest in and curiosity about all sorts of people and a sense of humor
• Self motivated and able to work even when specific guidelines are not provided
• An understanding of PR and marketing skills, to know what helps the show thrive
• self-confident, persistence and determination to overcome rejection
• Must be able to meet in San Jose, CA at least once a week for up to 4 hours
